From The Maker: Our play on a NY standard, the Smoky Manhattan.  Bitter orange peel, Islay smoke, cinnamon, clove. The classic reimagined with a kiss of smoke, Plaidhattan captures the contrast of the Scottish highlands and NYC’s cultured cool. This creation smoothly envelops the mouth in stirring notes of briny oceanic mist, peat smoke, licorice, sweet citrus, cardamon and cinnamon.

Naturally Functional Benefits

• Grounding and Restorative: The deep smokiness of Lapsang Souchong tea, Islay peat-smoked barley malt, and black cardamom provides a bold, warming experience that soothes the senses and evokes a refined, whiskey-like complexity.

• Rich in Antioxidants: Cacao, citrus peels, and clove deliver a powerhouse of polyphenols and flavonoids to combat oxidative stress and support overall well-being.

• Detoxifying and Balancing:Gentian, rhubarb root, wormwood, and cinchona have been traditionally used to aid liver function and digestion, helping the body restore balance naturally.

• Supports Gut Health: Sherry vinegar and botanical infusions of wood betony, licorice root, and cherry bark work in harmony to promote digestive wellness and a healthy microbiome.
